A message dated July 29, 2009, was received stating Governor Parnell                                                            
is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                                              
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                            
                                                                                                                                
      HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22                                                                                             
      Urging the United States Senate to ratify the United Nations                                                              
                 Convention on the Law of the Sea (the Law of the Sea Treaty).
